University or College Teachers are responsible for teaching college students and handling classroom management, although discipline problem is rare in the classroom where there are more mature and serious students. There are often hundreds of students in one lecture hall in large universities, the classes are longer especially in classes of chemistry, biology, anatomy and physics. University Teachers teach based on a daily lesson plan for sequential and systematic format of teaching.
University Teachers develop evaluative measures for determining the level of conceptualization and comprehension of students through examinations, graded projects and laboratory experiments. They often read literature and current periodicals to keep abreast of the developments in their fields.
