As our Office Manager, Jackie keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently so that our clients have the best possible experience with us. She designs and maintains our office procedures, manages our purchasing and equipment procurement, handles new and current client inquiries, and coordinates our billing and accounting.
Jackie is a native of Western New York, and a 2003 graduate of the University at Buffalo. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a specialty in Organizational Communication. Prior to joining Richards and Jurusik, Jackie worked as a Purchasing Manager and Officer Manager. Jackie is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her children.
