TN Visa for a Scientific Technician/Technologist

There are a few TN Professions that raise immediate concern and face increased scrutiny at the border. One profession is the Scientific Technician/Technologist.   • Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technicians;
  • Electro-mechanical Technicians;
  • Environmental Engineering Technicians;
  • Industrial Engineering Technicians;
  • Mechanical Engineering Technicians;
  • Surveying and Mapping Technicians;
  • Cardiovascular Technologists;
  • Radiological Technologists;
  • Health Technologists;
  • Surgical Technologists;
