A U.S. Passport is available to all U.S. Citizens whether natural born or through Naturalization. In some cases, foreign born persons can qualify for a U.S. Passport through birth to a U.S. citizen abroad.
A U.S. Passport can be obtained by filing an application by mail when present in the United States, or, in person when applying while outside the United States at a U.S. Consulate. We have experience helping U.S. Citizens obtain U.S. Passports within the United States and outside the United States through U.S. Consular applications.
If you have questions about whether you qualify for a U.S. Passport or if you need assistance with a U.S. Passport application, we can help.
